Arms Control and International Security (T),
International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN),
Technology Division (TD)
Department of State
This IT transition and transformation story began when the Technology Division (TD) that supports the International Security and Non-Proliferation (ISN) Bureau at the Department of State turned to Tsymmetry with a high priority mission: TD needed to become a more responsive and cost-effective provider of technology services to ISN, which, among other things, is responsible for monitoring and tracking weapons of mass destruction around the globe. Specifically, TD’s mission is to become a world-class technology service provider to the customers they serve.
Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights (J),
Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs/Aviation (INL/A)
Department of State
Tsymmetry provides all of the Technology Division support for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Aviation program (INL/A). Besides the typical Data Center Support, Application Development, and Procurement Services provided in a traditional technology support engagement, Tsymmetry’s role requires round-the-clock, hardened infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology that can not only withstand natural disasters, but also support rapid deployment of lightweight technology capabilities to remote and austere locations in the wild (jungle, desert, and mountain).
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),
Student & Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP),
SEVP Response Center (SRC)
Department of Homeland Security
Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP) is responsible for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). The SEVP Response Center (SRC) is the interface between SEVIS and its various stakeholders. Since May 2017, Tsymmetry has provided all aspects of SRC Level II application services. This involves fielding the most difficult inquiries and problems, which require research and data analysis across multiple federal systems, such as those maintained by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP).
