Last week, five employees from Tsymmetry’s team at SRC visited our Headquarters office for lunch with the HQ staff. Everyone shared a bit about what they do day-to-day, how their teams operate together, and the SRC team had the chance to learn more about the Firm’s history and its other contracts. It was a great opportunity for employees, new and old, to catch up with their colleagues at HQ and gain a greater background about the Firm’s many missions.
“Engaging with our program staff is one of our biggest priorities,” says Alison O’Mara, Chief Operating Officer. “We want our employees to feel that they’re a part of something bigger and know that they always have a supportive team of people at HQ who they can reach out to.”
