Tsymmetry’s Response to the COVID-19 Crisis

Published on: April 13, 2020

While we all continue to navigate through the COVID-19 crisis, Tsymmetry is proactively working to protect the health and safety of our employees and their families.

In collaboration with our Government clients, we have instituted remote work models across all programs in our Portfolio and our headquarters office. Despite the unusual conditions, our programs and Headquarters functions all continue to operate without disruption to corporate and program service levels, illustrating our commitment to delivery excellence. Although we are only able to collaborate from a distance for the time being, this has not slowed our momentum and we are continuing to support our clients’ critical missions and pursue exciting new growth opportunities for the Firm.

We recognize the importance of staying connected to each other in uncertain times like this, so we continue to seek out new ways to engage our staff and ensure their wellbeing. Todd Sickles, Chief Executive Officer, has been calling individual staff while the COVID-19 outbreak is ongoing to hear how they are faring and how the Firm can assist them, management holds weekly COVID-19 update calls to learn and disseminate updates and key information to staff, and program managers are ensuring they remain connected with their teams.

“Through these calls, I have been impressed with the positive attitude, dedication and maturity shown by our employees . I’m not surprised but am appreciative of how we all continue to support our clients’ missions while ensuring the safety of ourselves and our loved ones.”

-Todd Sickles, Chief Executive Officer

Tsymmetry will continue to respond to new developments and provide support to our teams however and wherever possible.
