In the first quarter of 2019, Tsymmetry launched the High Performing Women’s Initiative (HPWI). The HPWI demonstrates our commitment to the empowerment and advancement of our employees and highlights our value for workplace diversity. The HPWI’s mission is to create an inclusive and collaborative network for the women of Tsymmetry through professional development, health and wellness, and community outreach.
To kick off the initiative, the Firm hosted a networking dinner on April 18, 2019 at Tsymmetry’s headquarters. During our first event attendees had the opportunity to learn about the professional experiences of women across our Enterprise, network with colleagues, and discuss activities for the remainder of the year.
We are pleased with the overwhelmingly positive response to the HPWI.
