Tsymmetry led the development of a Career Learning Management System (CLMS) in partnership with key stakeholders to address critical workforce training needs. Focused on building a scalable and sustainable curriculum, the initiative aimed to improve role-based competencies and elevate the overall impact of mission-driven programs through the CLMS.
In 2023, Tsymmetry was selected to design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum supporting strategic workforce development goals. The engagement included a review of prior recommendations and a detailed assessment of current roles, responsibilities, and skill gaps.
Our team worked collaboratively across partner organizations to ensure all mission equities were represented in the content, instruction, and assessment phases. The final phase of the initiative leverages an online learning platform that will house training assets and create a streamlined training workflow—promoting consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability.
Nick Forrest, Tsymmetry’s Program Manager, shared, “A key leadership objective has been the implementation of a robust, training curriculum design accessible through a Career Management System assessing training needs, curriculum, and required competencies for professional development. This is a major accomplishment for the Executive office, and Tsymmetry.”
Our Tsymmetry team received a commendation from the Sr. government official of the organization for this project. This initiative is a testament to Tsymmetry’s commitment to delivering lasting value through strategic, mission-aligned partnerships.
