Tsymmetry Awarded Contract with U.S. Department of Homeland Security

WASHINGTON, DC; November 20, 2017 –Tsymmetry continues to expand its work at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with a contract at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The mission of TSA is to protect the nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. As a force enabler to that mission TSA has created the Office of Information Technology (OIT). Under the scope of this new contract, Tsymmetry will support OIT through delivery of release management and application testing services. A key focus area for Tsymmetry will be on the management and maintenance of TSA’s Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tool set and assisting OIT in expanding its capabilities to further drive application development maturity within TSA.

Tsymmetry is pleased to announce the successful renewal of our rating at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. Hillel Glazer of Entinex, Inc. served again as lead of a highly qualified appraisal team that included Eileen Forrester, co-author of CMMI for Services: Guidelines for Superior Service.
Tsymmetry first received a rating at Maturity Level 3 in 2013, adopting the CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) framework to build the repeatable, scalable processes required to diversify our business. Washington, DC.; Dec. 10, 2015 – The Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Office of Aviation (INL/A or “Air Wing”) has selected Tsymmetry for a ten-year, $80 million single-award contract to provide information technology services in support of their global aviation mission. Tsymmetry will provide a broad range of IT support including cyber security, network operations, application operations & maintenance, and Help Desk. In addition, Tsymmetry will be providing IT services initially in seven OCONUS locations including South and Central America, the Middle East and Europe.
