The IRS is responsible for administrating elements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In order to effectively carry this responsibility, IRS relies on technology to assist with the administration of the ACA including the ACA Information System and the Information Sharing and Reporting System (IRS-S). These systems provide a secure, FISMA compliant capability that calculate, track and validate tax and related provisions of the ACA for both individuals and businesses and determine eligibility for health insurance.

Tsymmetry provides functional and IT analysis, design, development, integration, documentation, and implementation support for system deployment in support of both systems. Tsymmetry participates in all phases of systems development and solve difficult problems to deliver automated solutions. We analyze and design business systems for different applications such as financial, accounting, human resources, and other enterprise systems, handle test scripts and service requirements, and work closely with end users on project development and implementation.

Tsymmetry brings strong experience in testing multi-tier applications in both client/server and web architecture on Windows, UNIX and Linux platforms and overall understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Iterative methodology. The team analyzes system and business requirements, designs documents, and develops test plans, risk analysis, test cases, test procedures, test scripts and test data for various projects. We routinely use innovative software testing methodologies, procedures and techniques such as Black Box, functional, GUI, System Integration Testing, End-to-End, UAT, Smoke and Regression testing. We apply their excellent working knowledge of designing & implementation of all QA test strategy and plans, which includes manual and automated test solutions for client/server and Web applications. The team has strong expertise in writing test plans, test scripts, and test cases within an agile environment, including use of REST, XML and SOAP UI.
