Tsymmetry Joins the Border Security Technology Consortium

Published on: May 14, 2020

We are proud to announce that as of April 2020, Tsymmetry has become a member of the Border Security Technology Consortium (BSTC). This group is a collection of large and small businesses, non-profit organizations, and academic research institutions with the common goal of supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other potential customers within DHS by providing collaborative R&D and rapid prototyping/piloting capabilities related to border security. These capabilities include surveillance and monitoring, identification and assessment, targeting and intelligence, communications and information management, and apprehension.

Tsymmetry will collaborate with CBP by bringing advanced technology solutions that leverage data analytics, machine learning, and geospatial technologies to disrupt the smuggling of narcotics and other elicit materials into the country in addition to combating human trafficking. Our solutions build upon those we have delivered for similar missions with our Department of State clients.  We look forward to providing these solutions toward the strengthening and enhancement of our national security.
