Tsymmetry Wins 2017 Department of State Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award for Excellence

On October 18, 2017, the Department of State (DOS) awarded Tsymmetry one of three Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Awards’ at a ceremony in Rosslyn, VA. The award was presented to Tsymmetry by Dr. Harry Mahar, Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Administration and accepting the award on behalf of Tsymmetry was Todd Sickles, CEO. Tsymmetry was nominated by Philip Schlatter, Director of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Aviation (INL/A), for exceptional commitment to quality and customer service, and for consistently exceeding contract performance standards while providing the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation with outstanding information technology services.

The awardees were selected by a panel of three Department of State Senior Executives in conjunction with the Department of State’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). Tsymmetry was the only technology firm to receive an award.
