Jackie Ducharme Promoted to Customer Service Center Lead

In March 2019, Tsymmetry was proud to promote Jackie Ducharme to the position of Customer Service Center Lead on the TSACIS program. This marks her third successive role since she joined the Firm three (3) years ago, when she began working at Tsymmetry’s corporate HQ. She has since gained experience at two programs within the Federal Client Portfolio. Her most recent experience as a customer service leader at the DHS Student and Exchange Visitor Program trained her in fast-paced and high-volume customer support services.

In her current role as Customer Service Lead, Jackie will focus on management of day-to-day operations to ensure the effective communication and timely resolution of customer requests. She will also work on identifying process improvements to increase efficiency.
