Last week, Tsymmetry’s Executive Leadership Team had the pleasure of visiting the Student and Exchange Visitor Program to sit down with their team, have an open discussion, and recognize their valuable work in celebration of Customer Service Week. Each shared a bit about what they do day-to-day, and the Executives went on to discuss what they accomplished early in their careers to prepare them for their roles today. Both the executives and program staff left motivated, inspired, and excited for the next mentorship opportunity.
Todd Sickles, CEO, later said to SEVP’s Program Manager: “You have a great team of committed and passionate staff, who are obviously proud about what they do.” As they did here, Tsymmetry’s leadership is constantly looking for ways to connect with staff across the firm’s Portfolio and create strong and long-term engagement.
