WASHINGTON, DC; May 30, 2017 – Tsymmetry was awarded a nine month-base contract with three option years by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to support their Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) on April 21, 2017. SEVP administers the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and ensures that government agencies have essential data related to nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors to preserve national security. Under this new contract, Tsymmetry will provide Level II support for the SEVIS application with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that will drive efficiencies and improve customer service levels.
“We are honored and excited to partner with SEVP on this mission critical program. It expands our current footprint at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and begins a new partnership between Tsymmetry and ICE,” said Todd Sickles, Tsymmetry CEO. “Tsymmetry’s priority is to enable agencies to protect and defend our national security through modern technology solutions and with this partnership, Tsymmetry will do just that by supporting ICE in its mission to defend our nation.”
Tsymmetry has extensive experience providing Level II application support across the Federal government, including serving other DHS components. This experience, and the proposed innovative solutions, will enable Tsymmetry to meet and exceed SEVP’s performance standards. Further, Tsymmetry will provide ICE with the data and support they require to expeditiously enforce Section 641 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.
