Department of Homeland Security: Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)
The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) has a challenging mission to allow non-immigrants to enroll in US Academic Institutions. SEVP uses the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) to enroll Academic Institutions and monitor non-immigrant students. SEVIS Level II resolves stakeholder issues that are unable to be resolved by Level I. If Level II is unable to support demand, a backlog will develop that results in weakened national security as SEVP and its partners are unable to make timely decisions on issues. Tsymmetry brings a solution supported by innovations that achieve or exceed ICE’s performance standard minimizing backlog risk. We are committed to assisting SEVP in delivering a more efficient and reliable Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Tsymmetry leverages several proven, innovative solutions to improve support services for both the SEVIS application and Batch customer resolution areas. Our innovations and experienced team of experts will support SEVP in developing a “Contact Center of Excellence.”
