Fern Hernberg Leadership Team
Fern Hernberg is Tsymmetry’s Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development. She oversees the department, ensuring the firm and its employees achieve individual and collective goals. She enables employees to contribute to their fullest potential, oversees long-term professional development, and ensures overall success through performance management.
Fern possesses a Master’s in HR and has 23 years of experience in the field. Before Tsymmetry, she worked in a variety of HR leadership positions for profit and non-profit organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, the USO, and Deloitte. After 20+ years in the field, she still learns something new every day.
As a volunteer who spends time teaching classes and providing HR counseling to small business owners, Fern appreciates the unique gifts people bring to the workplace. Her goal is to create a safe place for those people to do work they enjoy and feel appreciated for it.
